### Principles

* Founderz DAO is not a company. It does not have a management team or employees.
* Co-founderz are the creators of the DAO and Founderz DAO is a collection of builders, developers, nerds, investors, and artists who hold our NFTs and are motivated to create the first decentralized Web3 Startup Studio.
* DAO memberships will be sold with a daily auction and collected funds will be redirected to the DAO's treasury pool.
* Anyone can propose their web3 startup idea and protocol upgrades for Founderz DAO. NFT holders will vote on whether to approve or reject these proposals.
* Holding Founderz NFT entitles holders to submit and vote on proposals.
* 1 NFT = 1 Vote

 1 NFT = ∞ Proposals
* Partnerships or Founderz use-cases which are sponsored by others do not require a governance proposal (for example hackathons or education events). Founderz welcomes all free publicity and Founderz NFT use-cases.
